- If shipping and delivery outside our service area is required you will be subjeect to additional fees for shipping items to you or your preferred destination. However delivery and assembly is included in our pricing for most orders. By allowing us to install/deliver your order we can guarantee our products against anything that may happen that is outside of your control.

- Your privacy and security are very important to us and we do not share your information with any other third party.
- Returns & Replacements
- We honor our customers by providing a return or refund policy. We will refund your deposit right up until we begin the installation, if your installation is local to the Park City area. If not, we will refund up until we leave our shop with your order. Because all orders are considered custom orders, by Utah law, the deposit is not required to be refunded if you choose to cancel. This is because we may not be able to resume your bed or resell it. We are Committed to working with you to ensure your satisfaction.
- Ordering
- Ordering a bunkbed or furniture piece is easy. Simply create an account, choose the item that you wish to purchase and follow the steps through the purchasing process.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All orders require at minimum, a deposit of 50%. This deposit is refundable at any time, right up until your order is in transit. Prior to transit, the remainder of the payment is due. If your order arrives and prior to installation, if you require a refund, we will refund you up to half of the total order as required by Utah State Law regarding custom made furniture.
- Viewing Orders
- You may view orders at any time and get updates on the availability of your order by using our website.
- Updating Account Information
- Please update your information frequently to be notified of any change in your order or upcoming promotions.
